Brandflow templates are digital products. Once access or download is delivered, the purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

We encourage you to review all product details, demos, and features before purchasing to make sure the template is right for you.

We may offer a refund in cases of duplicate purchase, file access issues that can't be resolved, or incorrect products delivered.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of Shopify account, not wanting to complete setup, expecting custom design work, or purchasing the wrong tier after access is delivered.
