POLICY

These policies outline the key terms that keep your experience with Brandflow smooth, transparent, and professional.

Projects under $400 require full payment upfront. Projects over $1,000 require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion before final files are delivered. The initial payment serves as a retainer that secures your project slot and fairly compensates Brandflow LLC for time worked.

All payments made to Brandflow LLC are non-refundable once work has begun, including planning, drafts, or design proofs. If a client chooses to cancel services, payments are forfeited. Promotional or discounted services are also non-refundable. Brandflow LLC reserves the right to withdraw from a project if a client becomes hostile, disrespectful, or uncooperative. If work has not yet started, a refund may be issued at Brandflow LLC’s discretion.

Standard project timelines range from 10–30 business days or more depending on the service type and project scope. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Timelines begin only after all required content and materials are submitted. Delays in communication, missing materials, or excessive revisions may extend delivery dates. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Turnaround times may also be extended due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified of any delays.

Clients must provide all requested materials, information, and account access in a timely manner to avoid delays. If communication pauses for more than 45 days, a $150 restart fee will apply. After 90 days of no communication, the project is considered abandoned and will be closed with no refund issued. Ongoing communication ensures smooth project progress and protects scheduling for all clients.

Upon full payment, final approved deliverables created by Brandflow LLC become the client’s property for intended business use. Brandflow LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials. Any unauthorized use, resale, or modification beyond agreed scope may result in additional fees. Both parties agree to respect each other’s trademarks and intellectual property.
